Who We Need

Claims personnel are responsible for initiating claims and coverage investigations, negotiations and settlements and the payment of resolved claims consistent with company policies and state regulations. Worley is actively seeking entry level, mid-career and experienced claims professionals with the following interests and areas of expertise:

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic computing and report writing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Auto-body repair knowledge
  • Knowledge of applicable insurance regulations and statutes
  • Bilingual fluency is a plus

Short-term or extended business travel may be required with some positions to provide the quality customer service that our clients expect and deserve.
